Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Standard Delivery Times:
- Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days
- Greater Manila Area (Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan): 3 to 5 business days
- Luzon Provinces: 5 to 7 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 7 to 10 business days
Shipping Rates & Options
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total package weight.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping nationwide for orders above PHP 3,000.
- Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only): Available upon request via third-party couriers (e.g., Lalamove, GrabExpress, Borzo). Shipping fees for same-day delivery are shouldered by the customer and paid directly to the rider or settled prior to dispatch.
Delivery Tracking & Precautions
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package.
- Important Note for Jewelry Deliveries: To ensure the security of your high-value items, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the package, please ensure an authorized representative with a valid ID is present.
