Refund and Returns Policy

At marthé, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions.

Please Note: Under Philippine law, change-of-mind returns are not legally mandated. We highly encourage you to review our sizing guides and product details carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouches, authenticity cards, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Valid Reasons for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Goods: Manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit.
  2. Incorrect Item Delivered: If the item you received does not match your order confirmation.
  3. Sizing Issues (Excluding Custom Pieces): Exchanges for a different size are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry pieces.
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at marthequeens@gmail.com or via our social media channels with your Order Number and photos/videos of the item.
  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the package.
  3. For defective or incorrect items, marthé will shoulder the return shipping costs. For size exchanges, the customer will cover the return and resale shipping fees.
